Community leaders sometimes operate as an individual organizer, and other times as a representative of an organization. Allowing them to indicate this on a per-activity basis would allow them to operate from one account.

However, a CL should not be able to put in any organization. Rather, there needs to be a check at some point to ensure they are an authorized representative (send team page, email from org address, etc.).
