On my phone I wasn’t shown the Welcome to Bee modal, but when I logged in for the first time after downloading the app on my laptop, I was shown it. I wonder if some sort of UserHasSeenWelcomeModal state is stored as associated with my device instead of per the account? In any case expected experience (I imagine) is that as a New User, I should see the Welcome to Bee modal upon first creating my account/logging in.

Repro steps:

Download app on iPhone

Create account, log in, delete account

Don't delete the app

Recreate account

Upon "first" time logging in, user doesn't see the Welcome modal
