Interface improvements and activity ideas

The December 1st deploy contains the following:
Improvements to activity drawer navigation.
 Selected activities now open in-drawer, rather than on a separate page, which caused frustration due to a loss of drawer state upon returning to the map.
Addition of a "Bee Hive" modal
 containing the following features:
Become a Host link/Create an Activity shortcut.
Submit an Idea button that lets users share their ideas for Bee activities or what's happening in their community.
Link to add an email address for Bee updates.
Various interface improvements
 to modal and sidebar layouts, styles, and headers.
